Holidays are Getting Closer!

Well the Christmas holidays are getting close including the New Year. I'm hoping I get what I had on my wish list.. =) I am sure there are lots of you with your New Year resolution list already started. I have plenty stuff that I want to add to my list. I just need to make sure that I stick to them too.What is your New Year resolution?

Octavio Ocampo..

Octavio Ocampo, is one fine Artist and muralist. Octavio was born February 28, 1943 in Celaya, Guanajuato. Coming from a family of designers Octavio first studied art as a boy.  He was educated at the Fine Art Institute in Mexico City and San Francisco Art Institute.  He has been exhibiting since 1972. His love for art did not stop there.  Octavio not only was an artist but also did acting and dancing. He pursued both film and theater career as well. After Octavio devoted his time solely to sculpture and painting and since has been primarily working on metamorphic style using a technique of super imposing and juxtaposing realistic and figurative details within the images he makes.

To look at Octavio's painting takes a little practice but you will love the outcome of all he does. One has to look long and hard. The longer you look the more you will see. Another reason why I love his art work is because it's filled with symbolism. Here are a few I was able to get for you to look at.

Shakira - Loca ft. Dizzee Rascal

Shakira is one of favorite singers.. This woman has talent.. I have been listening to her music since I could remember my high school days. Spanish or English she is still sexy and has all the great beats to move your body. I hear a lot of people talking about her just because she has gone out of her usual music genre but you know what?? She is doing it and she loves it so let it be....
